Ben Alexander – CDCI President & Founder

Ben started his career at a retail parts counter, moved into wholesale & the back counter of the shop.

Moving on to become a parts manager. When he decided to seek more thrills, he moved into a Service Advisor role. Not long after, within the same auto group, became an ASM.

From there Ben got the opportunity to move to a new dealership as a Fixed Operations Director at a San Diego BMW dealership.

A few years later, Crevier BMW in Orange County came knocking and asked him to become their Fixed Operations Director.

Ben was able to take them from losing $200k a month in service to netting in excessive 1/2 million dollars monthly in just service alone.

Ben doubled RO count & clients to over 300 cars a day, over doubled the loaner fleet & became the largest BMW/Mini fleet in the world with 350+ BMW/Mini Loaner cars.

In addition to his time at Crevier Ben assisted in the development of the BMW STEP Program in coordination with UTI.

In 2009, Ben became full time Fixed Operations Consultant at the request of several dealers within the 20 groups he’d been a part of.

For the the last 13 years Ben has been in the trenches with 200+ dealerships across the US spanning every brand.
